"...Police say Cutler was standing near the bridge and that he was armed with what seemed to be an AR-15 Rifle. Cutler dropped what turned out to be an air-soft replica rifle like the one pictured here, when police gave him the order.

Authorities arrested Cutler after they found he was also carrying an illegal dirk/dagger. Police booked and charged him with a weapons violation on $20,000 bail. Officials transferred him to the L.A. County jail because of a pre-existing medical condition...."
